Return Policy – 21 Days

At IGNISSA, we’re committed to ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, we generally do not offer returns unless in exceptional cases.

That said, we understand that issues may arise. If there is a concern with your order, please reach out to our customer service within 21 days of delivery. In individual cases, and as a gesture of goodwill, we may discuss a product exchange or refund.

Please note the following terms:
Returns are only accepted with prior approval and must be requested via email before shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
✔ In case of a return or exchange being granted, instructions will be provided via email.

Our team reserves the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis. We value our customers and will do our best to find a fair solution where possible.
